Dear Parents
SPORTS EVENING WEDNESDAY 23RD JUNE 6PM
Our annual sports evening will take place on the above date. Children are to go home at 3.15 as normal on the day and return to school at between 5:45 and 5:55 wearing school PE kit ready to start the games at 6:00. As in previous years there will be team events as well as some races. The Easton School Association (ESA) will be organising the barbeque and drinks as well as two raffles – one for parents and one for pupils. (Please keeps an eye out for a flyer from the ESA looking for raffle prizes and helpers!!). We will have a licence for this event so alcohol will be on sale. Parents may take photographs of their child during the event.
